Internationalization Policy

Gazi University Central Library is a unit that attaches importance to international collaborations in order to support the education and research and development activities of the University members. Through its inter-library collaboration and resource sharing service with foreign libraries, both library resources are lent to academicians abroad, and publications not available in the country are brought from abroad for the research use of academic staff of the University. Thanks to international collaborations, the aim is to reduce the research costs of researchers in many fields and contribute to the national economy as a result.

It is aimed to increase the national and international visibility of Gazi University by providing access to international information access platforms, such as open access programs, data management and performance evaluation programs, which diversify with the developing technology and where corporate outputs are presented to the world, and by ensuring that all kinds of research outputs produced by the University members are included in these platforms.  Thanks to access to these platforms, it is easier for University members to produce publications and projects in cooperation with international researchers; this increases the international success of the University.
