Gazi University adopts the student-oriented education philosophy, and our Library supports this philosophy; It aims primarily at student satisfaction with its services and the variety of up-to-date publications it provides.

Research-based approaches are followed in the educational practices of our university; Methods that encourage students to research and learn by research are applied. In line with these practices, the Library, as a research center, aims to provide the academic support that all researchers will need within the scope of education and research activities of our University by providing information presentations and trainings to both students and academicians on research methods by collaborating with the Faculties and Departments. In line with this goal, it gives importance to collection development studies and trainings for library and resource use.

The library is the main element that supports education with its rich electronic and printed collection.
