Reference services provide the assistance needed to help users reach the information they require as quickly and accurately as possible, in order to ensure the effective use of the library and its resources. This service is provided by information access specialists trained in librarianship, either face to face or by means such as telephone and e-mail.

Reference Librarians organize library orientation programs for users who want to learn about the library, library resources, and research methods, provided that an appointment is made in advance. Those who wish to benefit from this service must fill out the User Training Request Form :
